If the problem is general playability, action, tuning or intonation, a Standard Setup is usually the right starting point. For an unidentified electrical or mechanical fault, choose a Repair Assessment.
Do I have to pay when I book?
No. You can reserve your drop-off appointment without paying a deposit. Any additional costs will be confirmed before work begins.
How long will the work take?
Most work is completed within 5–7 working days. A more accurate timescale can be given once the instrument and the required work have been assessed.
Are strings and parts included?
Strings and replacement parts are charged separately. Bring your preferred strings or ask us to source a suitable set for you.
Do you work on acoustics, basses and Floyd Rose systems?
Yes. Electric guitars, acoustic guitars and basses are welcome. Floating tremolo and Floyd Rose systems carry a £20 supplement due to the extra setup time.
How do drop-off and collection work?
Both are by appointment in Eccles. Your booking confirmation contains the location and access details, and you will be contacted when your instrument is ready.

How it works:
1. Choose your service
Select the option that best matches what your guitar needs. If you’re unsure, choose ‘Repair Assessment’. The £20 assessment fee will be deducted from the cost of any subsequent repair work.
2. Book a drop-off time
Choose a convenient appointment and tell us a little about your instrument. You can book a drop off slot for free, or choose to pay some or all of the cost in advance. Just select ‘Reserve without paying’ on the booking page once you have provided the information about your instrument.
3. Leave the rest to us
Drop off the guitar at your chosen time. We’ll assess your guitar, confirm any additional work with you, and let you know when it’s ready to collect. We usually complete most setups and repairs in 5-7 working days.
Drop-off and collection are available by appointment. Where a job requires more specialist expertise, we may also be able to introduce you to a trusted independent repairer.
